Reflections of My Fall Semester Internship

As the new semester started I thought of what I could have done better last semester to be a better student in my EAT class and my field site. One if the things I came up with was that I need to become more responsible and take more of my time to finish class work or field site projects. I also thought about becoming more confident of my self and help out more while I'm at my field site classroom. I think that by taking these reflections seriously I will be able to achieve all my goals for this new semester.

The Ideal Classroom

I think that my ideal classroom would be to have some desks and some comfortable things such as couches or comfortable chairs. This way I would be able to keep control of students not sleeping and make sure they pay attention. I think this would work for them too because they could take the comfortable chairs as a reward for staying focused and working hard.

Should Santa be Allowed to Come to School?

If students weren't allowed to celebrate Christmas with Santa in their classrooms then they wouldn't have as much fun as they do now. Most kids believe in Santa so I think they would be a little upset if he wasn't allowed in their classroom. Students wouldn't be able to have a Christmas party or exchange little gifts in between their classmates either. So I think that Santa should not be banned from schools or classrooms because I don't think that would be fair since the percent of people that don't believe in him is way lower than the percent of people that do.
